GBT Pharma is a Swiss company located in the city of Fribourg.
The company was founded in June, 2010 by Dr Gian Trepp, a specialist in building and managing international markets for consumer healthcare products.
As well as holding a Ph. D in biochemistry, Gian also has an MBA in general management.
This is complemented by Gian’s practical experience in the consumer healthcare industry.
Most notably this has included a decade of senior level roles for Vifor Pharma Limited, a subsidiary of Galenica AG, the Swiss Healthcare Group.
Here Gian’s roles included head of the company’s oral iron franchise where he successfully oversaw launches of hero products into Western Europe and North America.
Gian also headed up the company’s Consumer Healthcare International Division with responsibility for all international mark
